Refund policy

If you'd like to return a product, receive a refund or make an exchange after purchase, we're here to help! You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. You have the option to receive store credit, make an exchange, or receive a full refund.

Please note that Gift Cards are not returnable.

Some closeout items or other discounted products may not be eligible for refunds. These will be marked as FINAL SALE or with a similar, clearly visible designation on the product's details page.

REFUNDS

Of course, we'd like to encourage you to give the products a good try by using them for a few weeks. But if at any time you're not satisfied, simply contact us and provide the order number, a brief description, and whether you prefer to receive store credit, an exchange, or a refund. We may also ask you to send a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will provide you with instructions to return the product. For refunds, upon receiving the product, we will credit your original payment method with the item's total purchase price, including tax. Shipping, unfortunately, can not be refunded. You'll be notified by email as soon as the refund is processed.

BUNDLED ITEMS

If returning a single item purchased as part of a bundle, you will receive a refund for the single item's total price, including tax less an amount proportional to the bundle's discounted price.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you think your refund hasn't arrived on time, please check with your bank and/or credit card company first. There is usually some processing time required before a refund is officially posted. After checking and allowing sufficient time, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED GOODS

You can request an exchange for any item that arrived defective or damaged within 30 days of purchasing. Please take a photo of the product and the original packaging to help us determine what caused the damage and hopefully prevent it from reoccurring. Contact us and include a brief description and the order number and we'll provide further instructions.

GIFTS

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later personally, we will send a refund to the gift giver. However, they will then know about your return.
